Dear Friend,
Thank you for subscribing to Powerful Introvert.
You’ve been part of something personal and meaningful to me — a space where I explored leadership, identity, and the workplace challenges facing quieter, more reflective voices.
That journey isn’t over. But it’s evolving, and expanding.
Introducing Power & Play
I’m renaming the publication Power & Play — and widening the aperture.
Because I realized that what I’ve been writing about all along is power.
Not the kind you see in the headlines — the kind that dominates or controls — which is really just fear and weakness in disguise.
But something far more potent and vital: a power that flows from presence, a clear mind, and connection to your authentic self.
And I’ve learned something else along the way: it doesn’t have to be this hard.
Many of us are struggling right now.
And if you are, it can feel like a personal failure. But I assure you, it’s not.
It’s just a sign you’re not fully accessing your natural energy reserves. Your power.
The good news is: all the energy you will ever need—and more—is available to you.
And with it comes something most of us have been craving: a sense of ease.
There’s another way.
If you’re struggling, it just means you’ve drifted from the path.
Play can help you find it again.
What to Expect
This space will still be a home for those of us on the quieter side looking to expand our influence.
You may have spent years staying in the shadows, playing it safe — and still feel unseen, depleted, or stuck.
This publication is still for you.
But we’re also expanding the umbrella.
Because the more I talk to extroverts — and people of all personality types — the more I see us facing the same barriers, the same patterns that hold us back.
And I’ve realized something else:
Many extroverts have the same needs for quiet, reflection, and play to access their true power — even if that’s not how they show up in social situations.
That’s why even the most extroverted people — if they have depth — tend to say, “I have my introverted side too.”
Indeed they do.
Here’s what you’ll find going forward:
Essays on real, authentic power — at work, in relationships, in leadership
Stories and insights about reclaiming energy and dropping the constant struggle
Reflections on play, creativity, presence, and what makes you feel alive
Podcast Interviews - with leaders, experts, and practitioners on these themes
A mix of practical tools and deeper questions
If that resonates, I’m so glad you’re here.
And if it doesn’t, no hard feelings — you can unsubscribe anytime with a single click.
But if you’re ready to stop striving and start leading with energy and ease —
Welcome to Power & Play.
Let’s make space for what matters.
With gratitude,
Greg
Interesting new direction, Greg. I look forward to following all your future developments in this area.
